Dale Griffiths MRICS MA BSc (Hons) is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of Pan-European property experience.
Dale recently held the position of Senior Vice President at Heitman where for 8 years he had responsibility for part of the Group's CEE portfolio, dealing primarily with the asset management across various asset classes. Prior to joining Heitman, he advised Cushman & Wakefield in Germany as a Senior Investment Advisor, responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing investment transactions. Previous to Cushman, Dale was a senior advisor for 7 years with Hammerson Germany, involved in the asset management, acquisition and development of Group's retail portfolio.
Dale received his Bachelor of Science in Urban Estate Surveying from the University of Nottingham and earned his Masters in European Property Development & Planning from the University of Newcastle and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Thomas Beute is a qualified lawyer with over 10 years of wealth management experience.
Thomas previously held the position as Director at Julius Baer being responsible for wealth planning, tax & fund structuring, legal counsel as well as relationship management to the bank`s private equity clients. Thomas has also held positions with Amicorp, Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and also currently acts as an independent advisor to Praetorian Trust, an established Wealth Management Group with over 20 years of experience.
Thomas is a qualified lawyer who received his Masters in Tax Law from Leiden University.
